First appeared in Valencia and also named as ‘Montònega’

A grape predominantly used for Cava blends, due to its high natural acidity

Aromas of phosphorous, fennel and green apple. On the palate, citrus, minerality and a vibrant, lively finish. Drink chilled with fresh oysters.
