Deconstructed Old School Aussie Chard – Reconstructed for our time. Like a wife: Complex, brooding and you need to think about how you got involved in it, yet it’s obvious why you keep going back for more. Oak. Malolactic ferment, some straw colour. Serious. Oh and Flavour… Lots of Flavour.

Well this was one of the shittiest days of my life and I sent the husband down to Barrique for something to make us/me feel better. They say P&J Chardonnay is the way.
All I can say is “Yes it is…YES it is.” Thanks for the pick-me-up. One to add to the list and maybe even impress my snobby brother-in-lay with.
