I hate to say it, but Kilmore grows the antithesis of Yarra Pinot. More acid drive. Prettier and layered. We don’t touch this cause of it’d delicacy. aged in puncheons. No Sulphur.

Rod Moore –
More body than many pinots, lovely mouth feel. Allow time for it to breathe in the glass and it opens up nicely in terms of fruit and bouquet. Recommended by sommelier at Source Dining in Kyneton.
